Okay, it’s been a really long time since I made one of these, but I’m just gonna go ahead and pick it up where I left off. Well not exactly, I probs won’t show you EVERYTHING I’ve created since MAY (okay I just checked the date HAS IT BEEN THAT LONG OMG).
As some of you may know, I’ve spend half the summer and start of the autumn being ill. Like proper ill. I had to go to the emergency room and everything. But I’m slowly getting better, and the energy I have I basically spend creating. FUN. (Wasn’t able to start uni again like I was supposed to though :'( )
My favourite thing I’ve created lately is easily the “Rebecca” series. Mikaela’s friend Rebecca said she wished I made one called “Rebecca” that was “fluffy”. Haha. So I got to work because honestly Rebecca is a great name! I actually sold 2 prints of these within 2 days of making them! That has never happened before so yay. If you want prints of these they’re available here.
Okay, this isn’t going to be chronological because I don’t remember, but anyway.
One day I experimente with Photoshop and discovered a way to make this happen. It’s “Esmeralda”.
I then remixed that one into “Nia”.
And then DoodleTube started!! I tried to doodle the first time and it was THE WORST lol. Well the result is the worst, I actually quite enjoyed doing it. But I cringe a bit looking back at it.
The next time I did it MYYY WAAAY and painted some abstract stuff. The theme was Little Monsters.
And then I went full on me and made this for the theme “End of Summer”. It’s called Summer, and I’m very happy with it!
Last week it was #FavFilm and I made this!!! I don’t actually love the Harry Potter movies BUT I DON’T HAVE A FAVOURITE FILM. Films make me restless ok??? The theme this week is WEIRDWIZARDS and I have no idea what I’m gonna do. Anyway, if you want to check out DoodleTube you can do so here! I’ve also started experimenting with pixel sorting my watercolours. Cool Cat dot com!!
I also made my first ever art collab with Sara Hoque/@saralouix on Instagram! It was a lot of fun yay.
Aand I’ve also made mockups where I’ve added my art on walls of pictures from Unsplash. So much fun!!
And played around with acrylic paint, camera and Photoshop!! Yay.
And added art digitally to flatlays haha. I’m trying to spice up my Instagram feed, can ya tell!
That’s about it! Even though I’ve felt like crap for most of the summer I’ve managed to create quite a lot, and I’m so happy with most of it!! You can find most of the artwork in this post for sale in my shop! Or just contact me and I’ll add them! (Unless I’ve decided to make them part of my limited edition prints that I’m working on!!)
HUGS AND KISSES.
